I've been with Mit Lægehus Rødovre for about 5 years now and in the beginning, it was easy to get appointments and see doctors fairly quickly. But in the last 2 years, the service, waiting times and overall experience has gone down in quality. I was recently there for an emergency and was told I have to come back for an appointment. I understand that things are done differently under the current circumstances but it was the treatment by the staff who was at reception that was very disappointing and upsetting. Especially the way Sanne Gram treated me. She thought I didn't understand Danish because I spoke to them in English and spoke rudely about me in front of me to her colleague. Moreover, they did not tell me what my options were or help me find the best solution to see when I could see a doctor. I was there for a condition I have had previously and I felt like that didn't take me seriously when I said I am in a lot of pain. Very disappointed with the staff and service.
