I recently had a disappointing and frustrating experience getting my car serviced at Andersen & Martini. The service was overpriced, costing more than 4000 DKK. Despite informing them about my multimedia screen issues and requesting a software update, they initially claimed it would take too long and later acted unaware of the problem. Additionally, after picking up my car, I discovered they had forgotten to complete all the necessary actions during the service, forcing me to return the next day and inconveniencing me greatly. Moreover, they claimed they couldn't install the latest software version, which was not confirmed by Kia Navigation Europe, and they didn't have access to alternative versions. This lack of expertise and willingness to provide satisfactory service is unacceptable. Overall, I strongly advise against choosing Andersen & Martini for car service.
