I wish I had read these reviews before I signed up with this practice. There are never any appointments available online within the same month. It takes a minimum of 40 minutes to get through on the phone. When you come to your appointment you will wait 30 minutes to an hour in a waiting room full of people with colds and germs so by the time you leave you may well be sicker than you were on arrival. The nurse is hostile and rude, she doesn't greet people and she doesn't make any eye contact. She even expressed anti-vaccination sentiment to me. The doctors seem reasonable but that is no use if you can't get an appointment.
