Very bad service and intransparent price making. I brought my el-bike. He did not fix it until six week later. In the meantime he called me in several times to explain me that he found another problem and another problem etc. He never fixed the previous problems. In the end, he wanted much more money than agreed, and also had not fixed my bike - even if he claimed that it was fixed now. I made test drivings in front of his eyes and explained to him that the bike does not work well enough. He agreed but said that this was the best he could do, and anyway, "it was an old bike, bad quality, and chinese firms", etc. The only thing left to me was to dismantle the whole bike again, take the parts he added away, and leave the shop with a totally unusable bike. On top of that, he also told me how "people behave in Denmark", since I was really angry. Anyway, I brought him a damaged bike, and what I got back 6 weeks later (!) was an even more damaged bike. No recommendation possible.
