Jeg tog til Tegel lufthavn i Berlin i går fra München uden min bagage. Jeg talte med kundeservice i lufthavnen. Jeg sagde, at de havde begået en fejl, og hans løsning var, at jeg ville få min bagage i dag. Jeg fortalte ham, at jeg havde haft en dårlig oplevelse på min rejse med Lufthansa. En aflyst flyafgang og fire ud af fire forsinkede afgange. Jeg fortalte ham, at jeg kunne vente yderligere fire timer, så jeg kunne få min bagage, men de skulle betale for mine busbillet, fordi den jeg allerede havde ikke kunne refunderes. Det ville have kostet jer 20 euro fra Berlin til Flensburg. Men nej, han insisterede og sagde, at jeg skulle tage bussen til tiden. Jeg skal på ferie i Malaga i morgen, som jeg fortalte ham, UDEN MIT TØJ! Min forsikring betaler ikke for nyt tøj, fordi jeg er på vej hjem. Jeg ringede til jer i morges, og I lovede stadig, at jeg fik det i dag. Kl. 17 modtager jeg en sms med besked om, at jeg får det i morgen. Fantastisk. Det er for sent! Jeg er så skuffet! I'm sorry to say it. But the worst costumer service i ever experience!

I went to Tegel airport in Berlin yesterday from Munich with out my baggage. I talk with the service in the airport. I said they had made a mistake, and his solution to was that i will have my baggage today. I told him that i had some bad experience on my journey with Lufthansa. A cancel flight and four out of four delayed flights. I told him that i could wait for another 4 hours so i could get my baggage, but they had to pay for my bus tickets, that the one i paid for not will be refund, it will have cost you 20 euros from Berlin to Flensburg. But no he insisted and said that i should take the bus on time. I have a vacation in Malaga tomorrow as i told him WITH OUT ANY CLOTHES! My insurances will not pay my to get some new clothes because, it's on my way home. I called you this morning and you still promise me, that i will have it today. 17 o'clock i got a text massage it said that it will be delivered tomorrow. Excellent. It's to late! I'm so dissapointed! Your costumer sucks! I will never choice Lufthansa again! Terrible!
