Completely arrogant.
After booking a Christiania bike for a service, I was told that I wasn't allowed to lock it to the public lamppost outside the shop, because that was where the staff wanted to lock their bike. I explained that having had 2 bikes stolen in 2 months, I wasn't going to leave it unsecured. When I carried on and tried to lock the bike (I honestly thought he was joking because nobody really treats customers that way do they???), I was told to go and find another bike shop with the words "jeg gider ikke det her pis med din cykel".. Amazingly arrogant customer "service", and I will never recommend anyone use their bike shop if you have to deal with the staff.
