Fraud and Theft Company.

I have booked a plane ticket for me and for my two sons.

The two get sick. I contact the airline, cf. cancellation of two tickets, but got clear answer NO.

When I got on the plane and sat down on my seat, I was negatively surprised that Raynair has sold my son's seat to others !!!!!!! How can you do that???

You do not agree to cancel the ticket for my sons, but not only that, you have also sold the ticket to others, what a scam and theft company.
