I also had extremely bad experience with them. I have set my subscription on hold over the phone. We were in between addresses, just sold our apartment and looking for a house, so we didn’t make use of the dsl for 2 months. I didn’t follow up on the papers as we were busy with the house hunting. But one day I got a bil and figured out that I am paying my older subscription plus a new one. Tried to talk over to Kundeservice with several employees but it was useless….I just felt insulted and cheated. And very, very, very frustrated…
